You can have a CRM that is more flexible so you can do things like change the names of fields or add or remove tabs with features in them. This kind takes longer to learn. Alternatively you can have one that you will be done learning more quickly, but it doesn't have as many features when compared to the other? The former is more for people who like to play with software. The latter is for people who want to get in and get out. You can't have both. Which do you lean towards?
