Springs Adventist Academy School Shirt Order Form
Part of your registration fee goes toward one school field trip t-shirt.  Please fill out your order below. You may purchase extra shirts with cash or check in the office. Shirt orders must be placed before school begins so that SAA can secure the correct numbers and sizes. Please note that the FREE shirts may be ordered by using this form only.  

Polo shirts embroidered with the school logo are required as part of the school uniform.  You can order embroidered polo shirts here (available colors vary), or purchase your own and have them embroidered.  Prices for the polo shirts vary according to availability. Check with the school office for current pricing and colors available. Polo shirts are available on a first come, first serve basis and must be paid for in advance.
