Strategic Plan Survey
Dear District 110 Community Member,

Last fall, District 110 began a strategic planning process to develop goals for the future. In October, a survey was sent out to staff and families asking for strengths and weaknesses of the district as well as ideas for the future. Our team used the data from the survey to develop tentative goals for the plan. We discussed priorities for our students now and what we would like to provide for them in the future. The data emerged five areas of focus: Learning Environment, Programming, Communication, Quality Staff, and Resources.

We would like to ask for your input once again. In SECTION 1 you will find the focus areas and the draft goals the team has developed. Please indicate whether or not you feel these goals meet the district needs.
