Club Network Join Form
Welcome to the form to join the Club Network!

The Club Network is an opportunity to connect with clubs across the island and receive resources and connections from the Hawai'i Youth Climate Coalition. This past school year was the first test year of the Club Network with ten clubs who joined. We learned lots, and hope to further improve the network for this upcoming school year with our full launch.

We ask that all clubs looking to join the Club Network read through the handbook that provides more info, including our provided opportunities and expectations from your club. Please make sure to share it with your other club leaders as well.

Once you complete this application, within 5 days, we will send you an email to schedule a mandatory onboarding meeting with your club to join the Club Network.
