Thanks for helping us assemble the Mentor Team for the Young Women's Equity Coalition third year!

Please use this form to nominate a Black, Indigenous and Women of Color (BIWoC) leader who you think would be an exceptional Mentor for our new program.

As a reminder, YWEC Mentors will:

- MENTOR between one and three high school age participants for the full 2024-2025 YWEC term
- CONNECT with each mentee for at least 2 hours of self-scheduled check-ins per month, via whichever method they and their mentee prefer (Zoom, phone, text, e-mail, etc.)
- SHARE stories, advice and insight about fighting for diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism in a professional context
- PROVIDE guidance and support as each mentee designs and completes a yearlong DEI Independent Project
- WELCOME the new participants at the YWEC Mentor Mingle from noon to 2PM in November or December
- CELEBRATE their accomplishments at our YWEC Independent Project Showcase and Graduation in May 2025
- LEAD a single two-hour session during one of the monthly YWEC meetings—share their personal story and engage with the full group of participants in whichever way they wish
- JOIN our new YWEC network and help it grow!
