The Watchtower is a worldwide “spirit-directed organization“ led by a “governing body“ with a judicial system of elders who has heard but failed to listen, thus today we “speak to the congregation“ —as instructed by Christ— through these reports and map pins, “in order that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every matter may be established.“

“If your brother sins against you,

go reprove him, between you and him alone.

If he will hear you,

you have gained your brother.

But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more,

that ‘every word may be strengthened—

upon the testimony of two or three witnesses.’

And if he fails to listen to them,

tell the congregation.“
