Please list any witnesses to the complaint in question. Witnesses will be asked to provide an unbiased account of the situation and may not include parties that would be affected by the complaint.

Please describe the incident in as much detail as possible

Please state your WBO username and the best way for WBO staff to contact you (email, discord, WBO PM, etc.) *

Please submit any documentation regarding the incident that occurred including photo or video evidence to events@worldbeyblade.org within 24 hours of submitting this incident report. More weight will be given to cases with thorough documentation and testimony from multiple witnesses.
