This tournament will be a shotgun start at 8:00 am, with a complimentary lunch provided following the tournament for all players. The entry fee for members is $20 per player, and all members will need to pay for green fees and cart fees (mandatory use of electric golf carts for this event). Employees will not be eligible for discounted green fees, and course guides will not be able to use passes. Empire Golf is covering the green fees and cart fees for all of the guests. Guests will not pay tournament entry fees, and they will not be eligible for skins. Members sign up individually, describing the name and NCGA membership number (if applicable) of their guest. You may request other playing partners, however, they MUST sign up as well. All intentions regarding Skins must be declared on this form prior to the tournament. There will not be a hole-in-one jackpot for this tournament.
RULES: IT IS THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ, UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND PLAY BY THE RULES SPECIFIC FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. BY SIGNING UP, THE PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGES THE HE/SHE HAS READ THE RULES AND WILL PLAY BY THEM PER THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. THERE ARE OFTEN LAST MINUTE CHANGES TO THE RULES (DUE TO CHANGING COURSE CONDITIONS, WEATHER FORECASTS, PACE OF PLAY, ETC.) WHICH WILL BE POSTED AT THE SCORER'S TABLE THE MORNING OF THE TOURNAMENT. IT IS THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE FINAL UPDATED RULES SHEET AT THE SCORER'S TABLE PRIOR TO TEEING OFF AND TO PLAY BY THOSE RULES.
