In 2019 we're ready to hit the ground running for candidates at the local, state, and national levels. We're holding workshops and leadership trainings to build your organizing skills. We're hosting panels and events to create community and connect you with local elected officials. This year, for the first time in over a generation, we will also have the privilege of hosting the California Democratic Convention here in San Francisco as we begin our journey towards the primaries.
This will be a historic year. Are you ready to join?
In addition to the 5-member Elected Board, the 2019 SFYD Leadership consists of numerous *appointed Board positions. Board members will be responsible for planning this year's events, endorsements, fundraising, and more:

Communication Committee: Members of the communications committee will develop and execute a year-long strategy for engaging members and nonmembers in the activities of the club through digital channels. In conjunction with other committees, members will be responsible for the production of materials and content to support fundraising efforts, promote events, and more.
Finance Committee: The finance committee is responsible for securing funds to implement SFYD's programs, events, and activities, and for reporting in an accurate and timely manner on all income and expenditures of the club.
