This form is for families who would like to request a new bus stop location along an existing bus route within our service area. Requests may be made if your family has recently moved or if your child has changed schools.

All requests will be reviewed by the Transportation Department based on student safety, routing efficiency, district policy, and available resources. If approved, bus stop changes may take up to 5–10 business days to implement.

Please complete all sections of the form to avoid delays in processing. One form should be submitted per student.
