Party Reservation

PLEASE NOTE: This form is NOT a confirmation of a party or event reservation. Please allow up to 48 Hours for us to contact you with a confirmation. All party reservations require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $50 after event is confirmed. Deposit is applied to your party balance. ONLY PRIVATE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED TO BRING IN FOOD ITEMS. IF YOU ARE BOOKING A PUBLIC SESSION PARTY, CAKE OR CUPCAKES WILL BE ALLOWED IN BUT NO OTHER FOOD ITEMS. YOU MAY ORDER FOOD ITEMS FROM OUR SNACK BAR.
