This summer, Festival Walk Glacier is proud to announce that the “IRON KID” Summer Challenge on Ice is returning with another exciting programme of special games on ice. This year features a new “Off-ice Parent-child Category” to offer family fun for everyone. Come and test your skills, physical strength and endurance! On-ice Individual games include “Through the Rainbow on Ice”, “Curling Bingo on Ice”, “Ice Skating with Penguins”, “Sled on Ice”, and more. Off-ice Parent-Child games include “Balloon Boom”, “Crazy Race”, “Bowl for Victory” , “Walk Together” and more. The top four participants who complete all the games in the shortest time will be awarded a medal and certificate of Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up or 3rd Runner-up respectively. In addition, all participants will receive a "Certificate of Participation" as a memento of their fun-filled experience.The first 200 participants will receive a complimentary set of Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml), Banana Boat Kids Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml) and Mentos Nutcracker Mini Fruit Tin.
1. Only one or one group of participant can be enrolled per registration form.2. Participants must be aged 3 to 12 years old (parent age is not subject to any limit).3. Limited spaces are available and on a first-come-first-served basis.4. Please submit the registration fee as directed. If the registration fee is not submitted as directed, the organiser will be deemed to have disqualified the applicant. 5. All participants in On-ice Individual Category must have basic skating skills and be able to skate independently; no skating is required by any participants in the Off-ice Parent-child Category. 6. All participants in the On-ice Individual category should wear helmet, gloves, socks, a long-sleeved sweatshirt and track pants.7. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation. The top four participants who complete all the games in the shortest time will be awarded a medal and certificate of Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up or 3rd Runner-up respectively.8. Please follow the staff instructions and arrangements during the competition. All competitions and rules are subject to change or cancel without prior notice.9. The competition will be divided into different sessions according to the number of participants and age group. The organiser will contact the parents or guardians of the participants before the event to confirm the competition session.10. Application Fee is non-refundable.11. In case of any dispute, Festival Walk Glacier reserves the right of final decision.
1. “IRON KID” Summer Challenge on Ice (hereinafter referred to as "this activity") is only suitable for children aged 3 to 12 years old (hereinafter referred to as “participant"). Parent age is not subject to any limit.2. Each parent or guardian must ensure that the participant complies with all competition rules and instructions and arrangements regarding all relevant activities, as updated from time to time; otherwise Festival Walk Glacier (hereinafter referred to as "the Company”)reserves the right to cancel the participant's eligibility or qualification.3. Each parent or guardian must ensure that their participants are in good health to participate in this activity.4. This activity carries some risk. Participants and their parents or guardians should be aware of the risks involved before participating in this activity. This activity also requires a certain amount of physical strength, and each participant accepts and understands this by joining this activity.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel the participation of any entrant without any explanation or compensation, and has the right to modify or cancel the details of this activity without prior notice.6. If there is a typhoon signal No.8 or black rainstorm warning on the day of this activity, the Company will arrange another activity date. In other weather conditions, this activity will be carried out as scheduled.7. For any reason, if the Company fails to contact any shortlisted participants and their parents or guardians, their participation will be deemed to have been cancelled.8. During this activity, the company will arrange photographers to take photos. The Company has the right, but no obligation or responsibility, to permanently place the film and photos in any media or form anywhere in the world without any payment to the parent or guardian or participant:(a) Display, public screening or broadcast, distribution, reproduction, publication and other use to the public;(b) Be used in any form for any promotional material, including but not limited to press releases, advertisements, posters, pamphlets, on-site decorations (e.g. backdrops, bulletin boards and banners, etc.);(c) Uploaded and posted on a Facebook page or other social networking site or webpage for public viewing and downloading. All rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) of the promotional materials mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are wholly and absolutely owned by the Company.9. The Company does not guarantee that this activity is suitable for any purpose. Participants and parents or guardians waive all of their rights and interests (if applicable).10. The Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate or cancel this activity at any time without prior notice or any compensation.11. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.12. The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions belongs to the Company. In case of any dispute, the final decision of the Company to the relevant party shall prevail.
