All-Region Honor Band Audition Form
AUDITION INFORMATION
Location: Blythewood High School in Blythewood, SC
Day: Saturday, January 24, 2024
Time: Families will receive their student's audition time approximately 1-2 weeks before the audition date

CLINIC INFORMATION
Location: Nation Ford High School
Day: Friday, February 23 - Saturday, February 24, 2024
Time: Friday Rehearsals: 9:00am-1:00pm, lunch (with band directors), 3:00-5:30pm
Saturday Rehearsal: 9:00am-12:00pm, lunch (with band directors), Concert at 3:00pm

This honor band is sanctioned by the South Carolina Band Directors Association and comprised of the school districts from York, Chester, Kershaw, Fairfield, Lancaster and Richmond counties. If a student places high enough at the All-Region Band auditions, they will be eligible to audition for the SC All-State Honor Band.

The SCBDA charges a $12 audition fee for the All-Region Band audition. You can pay this via the GHMS "Pay Fees" website.

I understand that if my student earns placement in the All-Region Honor Band, they are expected to attend the two-day clinic at Nation Ford High School on Friday, February 23 and Saturday, February 24.

I understand that if my student places high enough at the SCBDA All-Region Honor Band auditions, they will be eligible to audition for the SCBDA All-State Band on January 27, 2024 at Lexington High School in Lexington, SC.
