Full Pass
It includes attendance at all three days of the conference, coffee and snacks, one meal for each day, and attendance at the welcome concert.

Daily Pass
It includes attendance on the day you want to attend, coffee and snacks, and a meal.

Online
It includes access to all presentations, Q&A sessions, online conversations and joint activities with ICME to be defined.

Important observations
Students must submit a copy of the documentation that proves their status
(credential or letterhead from their institution, signed by their advisor or director).
ICOM members are requested to present their membership number during registration.
The registration of a companion is allowed to participants with a full pass (FULL)

Reimbursement
A full refund of the conference fee is possible for cancellations before June, 1, 2024.
The refund will be considered at the exchange rate of your payment date.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations before August 31, 2024.
Cancellations after September 1, 2024 will not be refunded.

All personal information is required to submit this online form. You may decline to provide your personal data. In this case, however, you will not be able to submit your online form in a correct and valid manner.

The International committee for museums and collections of ethnography (ICME), as the data processing controller, only collects and uses the personal data necessary for the registration to ICME Annual Conference “Museums and Change 2024” that will be held at the National Museum of Anthropology, Mexico City, México, from the 9 to 12 September 2024. Through this Google Form online form, your personal data will be only accessible to the Board of ICME, the ICME Secretary as well as VIAJES KHIVA for the purpose of organising and planning the ICME Annual Conference.

VIAJES KHIVA is located outside the European Economic Area. Therefore, ICME ensure that VIAJES KHIVA offers an adequate level of protection concerning data protection and that appropriate safeguards are put in place, prior to any transfer.

Your personal data will not be shared with any other third party and will only be kept as long as necessary for the purposes related to this application (i.e. six at the end of the Conference).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data that you accepted to share. Under certain circumstances, by law you have also the right to:

- define directives concerning the management of your personal information after your death;

- object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your personal information;

- request the limitation of the processing of your personal information;
