The purpose of this form is to create a directory of historic preservationists who identify as Black, in the US and abroad. This form will collect general contact information about you, your business (if applicable). To protect the privacy of minors, you must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Directory.

The form will ask you to select your preservation category -complete one form per preservation category:
::  Professional
::  Tradesperson or Supplier
::  Student
::  Citizen Advocate

Please answer all questions that apply to you - most are required. Your answers will appear as entered in the Directory on the Black in Historic Preservation website:  blackinhistpres.com 
Need to update your directory entry later on? Easy, you can do so in the response receipt you will receive in your email!

Please note ... If someone wants to hire / collaborate with you, they are responsible for vetting your ability to provide historic preservation services. Therefore, many questions require an answer to help with the vetting process. The key question that requires a response is the Experience section. Sharing one historic preservation project in the Experience category supports the integrity of this Directory as a historic preservation resource.
