Important Information:

Please do not send any medication to camp. Please plan to give your CIT medication before and/or after the camp day. Any exceptions to this regulation must be cleared by the camp office. Any serious sensitivities should be brought to the attention of the camp directors prior to the camper's first day. Any attempt to conceal pertinent medical or emotional information will result in the immediate dismissal from camp and loss of all camp fees.

**UPDATED** CIT Program Fees

Registration Fee - $60 (annual rate, includes 5 CIT shirts)
Weekly Rate - $130 (first year), $100 (second year), $70 (third year)

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the camp week. Camp fees are not refundable or transferable.

*ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO CAMP PHOENIX. ON THE CHECK PLEASE INDICATE WHAT FEES ARE INCLUDED. (Registration, Week Number, Subway, Night Out, etc.)
