2026 PSB School Transcript Request Form
This form is valid for July and August 2026 only. Transcripts are issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you experience any difficulty or have any questions, please contact Cynthia Watson at: crwatson@edu.pe.ca or 902 569 0596.

PLEASE NOTE:  The PSB is NOT able to issue report cards.  Requests for report cards must be made at the school office.  Graduation Diplomas are issued through the Department of Education and Early Years.
