Are you interested in helping prepare the retreat, but not being on the team that goes to the retreat center for the weekend? Tasks include things such as: preparing name tags, preparing letter envelopes, organizing and distributing letters, helping with the welcome back meal, and other prep work. This is a smaller time commitment- but still an important job!
