Program Preference
We will do out best to accommodate your preference to the program. However, due to the popularity of the programs, we might need to shift you to a different program in a different time. Please let us know by select your second or third preference.

Cancellation Policy
Once your application is accepted we will issue you an offer. Please note there will be a cancellation fee after an offer is accepted. The cancellation fees are:
Only written notice of cancellation are accepted. Email angela@enabledfutures.com if you would like to cancel.
You can only process your application if you accepted the cancellation policy.


For university-sponsored students:
1. Cancellation or application withdraw before an offer is sent: free
2. $800 cancellation fee after an offer is sent until 8 weeks from the program date. Despite the offer is accepted or not. Unless another student can replace your position and it has to be accepted by both Enabled Futures and sponsor universities.
3. Cancellation with a written notice under 8 weeks but over 4 weeks from the program date: 50% of the program fee.
4. Cancellation with a written notice within 4 weeks from the program date will be charged a full amount of program

For self-funded or os-help loan students:
1. Cancellation or application withdraw before an offer is accepted: free
2. $800 cancellation fee after an offer is accepted until 8 weeks from the program date. Unless another student can replace your position and it has to be accepted by both Enabled Futures.
3. Cancellation with a written notice under 8 weeks but over 4 weeks from the program date: 50% of the program fee.

For New Colombo Plan students: please note if you cancel after you accept the offer, you will need to pay for the cancellation fee and you will not entitle any short-term study New Colombo Plan in the future.
