Moving Towards Fitness
The next Moving Towards Fitness in High Park sessions will be starting on Friday, May 18th, 2018 and will run every Friday for 6 weeks until June 15, 2018.

If you would like to sign up, please fill out the following form.

We will meet at the corner of Keele Street and Bloor Street West at the East entrance to the park, at 10:30 a.m. sharp! We finish at 12 p.m. noon at the same spot we started. Tokens are provided.

Please remember water, athletic shoes and a towel or exercise mat. Be ready rain or shine!

All fitness levels are encouraged!
