The Presynaptic Project (PSP) is student-led initiative from Simply Neuroscience dedicated to integrating neuroscience into early childhood education. The Presynaptic Project creates lesson plans and hosts workshops to introduce neuroscience to young minds worldwide.

The Presynaptic Project’s Neuroscience 101 Course is a series of free online classes geared towards students ages 11-14. The course will run from January 2021 - June 2021 and will feature 6 unique workshops conducted via Google Classroom and Zoom. Each month, students will be taught a neuroscience-related topic by PSP team members. They will also be able to join “Office Hours” to chat or ask any questions about the topic and complete in a monthly design challenge to win prizes! The lesson material will be very basic and introductory as our workshops are specifically created for a young demographic.
