What after filling this form?
1. The form will take you to a payment gateway so that you can begin your empowerment journey with me.
2. You'll receive a signed agreement document for your consent & signature to start the growth process.
3. A coachee welcome kit will be given to you which contains the details of next steps, schedule & timeline.
4. Other documents, downloadables, freebies, checklists and templates subject to the coaching category you choose to be a part of will be sent across to you in due course of time.

Your coaching journey is a choice you make. The choice you have is further divided into 4 categories and a long term signature package to choose from.
Each service under the services vertical - Mind, Body & Soul fall under these 4 categories:

Basic - A one time coaching session of 60-90 min duration as needed. The package is only for a single service under the services list of Mind, Body & Soul. The package does not include any freebie (checklists, templates or downloadables) or links to my recorded sessions. The package includes neither email access to the Coach nor phone messaging access.

Standard - A one time or max 3 time coaching session each of 60-90 min duration as needed for a maximum period of one month. The package is only for a single service under the services list of Mind, Body & Soul. The package includes max 2 freebies (checklists, templates or downloadables). The package also includes email access to the Coachmax once per week.

Lofty - A 60-90 min call once a fortnight for a max period of 3 months. The package is only for a single service under the services list of Mind, Body & Soul. The package includes max 2 freebies (checklists, templates or downloadables) and an access to 1 pre-recorded Webinar. The package includes email access to the Coach max once per week and a 15 min query clarification call max once per week.

Elite - A 60-90 min call once a fortnight for a max period of 6 months. The package is only for a single service under the services list of Mind, Body & Soul. The package includes max 3 freebies (checklists, templates or downloadables) and an access to 2 pre-recorded Webinars or course. The package includes email access to the Coach max once per week and a 15 min query clarification call max once per week.

Signature Life Paradigm package - This is a long term program spanning 6 to 12 months which encompasses all three service verticals viz Mind, Body & Soul for holistic living. A 60-90 min call once a fortnight for a max period of 12 months. The package includes max 4 freebies (checklists, templates or downloadables) and an access to 2 pre-recorded Webinars and 1 course. The package could entail Mentorship and hand holding if needed. The package includes email access to the Coach max once per week and a 15 min query clarification call max once per week.
