Registering Your Child

Please read the activities listed and choose which activities your child would like to participate in.
Each activity has a maximum class capacity. Once that has been met, the class will be closed. 

FIRST-COME / FIRST-SERVED SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! 

If your child registers for a class that is full, he/she must choose a different activity.

Payment

Your aftercare balance must be paid in order for next year’s application to be accepted and processed.
Payment is due by the 10th of every month. If we do not receive payment by the 15th of the month, your child will be removed from their aftercare classes and will be unable to return until payment is made.
If you register your child for a class, you are required to pay for the class whether your child attends or not.
If you pay for the session in full (Feb-Jun), you will receive a 10% discount.

Aftercare Rates

You are required to pay the below amount every month (Sep-Jan) based on the number of days per week your child is registered for aftercare.
1 DAY PER WEEK $46.00 (class) + $12.00 (bridge) per month
2 DAYS PER WEEK $92.00 (class) + $24.00 (bridge) per month
3 DAYS PER WEEK $138.00 (class) + $36.00 (bridge) per month
4 DAYS PER WEEK $184.00 (class) + $48.00 (bridge) per month
5 DAYS PER WEEK $209.00 (class) + $58.00 (bridge) per month  
*Prices reflect a minimum of 15 classes per class each session.

Payments are to be made via payschoolscentral.com ONLY you will need your childs school ID number to create an account. Your childs ID number can be found in the parent portal. If you need assistance setting up your parent portal please contact Robert.Oyola@teccsjc.org. 

Bridge Program

The aftercare bridge program is additional childcare from 5:00pm-5:45pm where students will have the opportunity to draw, play board games, read, work on homework, watch movies, or socialize quietly.
Students must be registered in order to attend the bridge program. If a child is not registered, they are expected to be picked up promptly at 5:00pm or you will be charged a late fee.  
At 5:05pm, you will be charged a $5.00 (per child) late fee and an additional $1.00 (per child) for every minute thereafter.

Late Pick-Up Fee

Dismissal is from 5:45pm through 6:00pm.  
At 6:05pm, you will be charged a $15.00 (per child) late fee. Beginning at 6:10pm, you will be charged an additional $5.00 (per child) for every five minutes thereafter.
If your child is picked up after 6:05pm more than five times in one session, they will be removed from their classes and they will not be able to attend aftercare until the next session.

Emergency Aftercare

If your child is placed in emergency aftercare for the day, he or she will be placed in a class at the discretion of the Aftercare Coordinator. They will not be able to choose which class to attend.
