Summer and Fall 2020 College Courts Cancellation Form
This form is used to cancel one's application for the College Courts apartments. This form is for current residents cancelling for summer or fall, for people who have applied for College Courts, and in-coming students. If you currently have an assignment or an application on file for both the Residential Colleges and College Courts, you will not receive a refund of your housing deposit unless you cancel both. However, if you need to cancel your Residential College assignment (or application) please visit our website and submit a Residential College Cancellation Form.
If you are an incoming student or have applied for College Courts and do not have a current College Courts assignment to receive a refund, minus any fees owed to Murray State University, the College Courts Cancellation Form below must be submitted by June 1, 2020.
If you are a current resident of College Courts you must submit the College Courts Cancellation Form below by April 9, 2020 to receive a refund on your deposit. This date gives 30 days notice as stated in the contract for cancellation. If you are desiring to stay for Summer, please fill out the Summer College Courts Reservation Form.
