General Assembly 2025: Resource Fair Application
General Assembly 2025 will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at ACC's Highland Campus, 6101 Highland Campus Dr, Austin, TX 78752. The General Assembly Resource Fair will take place in building 1000 before the event begins and during lunch.  

To participate virtually only, create a Google Drive folder titled with your area, office, or program name and upload the materials you’d like to share with the collegewide community. Your folder will serve as your virtual table and will be shared with attendees as part of the online experience.

Deadline to submit applications: Friday, September 5, 2025.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance by Friday, September, 12. Space is limited, but we will do our best to include as many applicants as possible.  

Further details will be available on Monday, September, 22, including information about parking, set up time, layout, table assignment, and other information as needed.  

A few tips for preparing your resource table offering:

·  Focus your messaging around ACC faculty and staff when developing your resource table configuration. Please note that the intended audience does not include students. 

·  Think about an interactive or engaging way to present your message -- bring a digital display, a hands-on activity, or create a QR code for a website, video, or app.

·  Consider sustainability by limiting the number of give-a-way items and pamphlets.

·  Plan for portability: bring your table items in reusable boxes or bags and leave nothing behind at the end of the event.

·  Maximize your impact by collaborating on a display or activity with another area of the college whose work intersects with yours.

Staffing and Setup/Tear Down
  • Bring your own table drape
  • Resource Tables should be staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 11:30-2:00 p.m. for one hour after the event is over. 
  • Setup information will be sent to accepted tables, but generally it will be available late Thursday afternoon and early Friday morning. 
  • Specific details will be provided to accepted resource table contacts.
