This survey has been designed by the American Farm Bureau Federation to gather member level data regarding the persistent drought conditions across the central plains and western U.S.

The survey is divided into three sections: crops, livestock, and general water access. Each question refers to a general issue farmers and ranchers may be experiencing as a result of the drought. Using the range of 0 (not at all prevalent) to 5 (extremely prevalent) please select how prevalent each issue is in your area based on current personal experience. Please provide extra commentary and any other further data (quantitative or qualitative) in the comments sections provided. All questions are optional and can be left blank if not relevant to the participant.
