- We anticipate cancellations and shift changes as the event approaches, so additional opportunities may open.
- We currently have several openings to assist with Volunteer Orientation on the morning of Saturday, 9/13/25.

Date: Sunday, Sept 14, 2025,
Location: UIW Student Engagement Center, San Antonio, TX
Festival Hours: 12:00–6:00 PM (Opening Ceremony at 12:30 PM)
Volunteer Shifts: Between 10:30 AM–6:45 PM (assigned based on role)

Volunteers get free entry before/after their shift.
UIW waiver required for all volunteers (possibility UIW students don't need one. We will let you know).
