Eugene Community Fridge and Neighborhood Anarchist Collective are hosting a warm indoor gathering space on Christmas Day with hot food, drinks and entertainment at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Eugene (1685 W 13th Ave) from 11am to 5pm. Sign up for a specific task to help, or just come as you are!

Sign up for any and all on-site roles you can take on day-of:

2-5pm: General Support: Hang out, spend time in the space, and attend to miscellaneous tasks: greeting new-comers and orienting them to the space; receiving food donations and putting them out; keeping snack and buffet tables tidy; periodically cleaning bathrooms; keeping craft area tidy and generally checking in with everyone present.

4:30-7pm: Break-Down and Cleaning

6-7pm: Transport leftover food and resources to in-town drop-off locations.

10am-12pm: Snack and Drink Deliveries

Check any of the following you are able to bring to the UUCE between 9 and 11am on Christmas morning. At the time of drop-off, please attach an ingredient list to all homemade foods. If you leave a dish you want back, put your name and phone number on the bottom and pick it up from the UUCE between 5 and 7pm.

hot beverage mixes (cocoa, tea, coffee, etc)

baked goods (rolls, cookies, bars, etc.)

fruit (bananas, oranges, grapes, etc.)

miscellaneous snacks (yogurt, cheese, crackers, chips, granola bars, etc.)

Other:

2-3pm Meal Delivery

Write in any hot dish, ready-to-serve, you are able to bring to the church between 2 and 3pm on 12/25. Examples include: turkey, ham, casseroles, salads, sides, desserts - the sky's the limit!
