  • You may use this form to submit a formal request for an EE course to be offered remotely by the ECE Department via UNITE: Distributed Learning (UNITE sections "piggyback" on existing on-campus sections).
  • You can view a complete list of EE courses which are currently offered through UNITE on the UNITE Course Offerings page.
  • While completion of this form does not guarantee you will receive a permission number for registration or that your requested course will be offered via a UNITE section, your request will be reviewed by the ECE Department student services team.
