By signing below, I understand that I, and the child in my care, are participating in a programme, which includes certain risks in outdoor activities. I, and the child in my care, are voluntarily participating in this programme and hold harmless Art Nest Creative Studio and its agents from all responsibilities of personal injury. I hereby waive any and all claims against Art Nest Creative Studio and its board members, members, employees, and volunteers for any damages, injuries, loss or liability, which may occur, during my child’s participation in this programme.  *
