All applications received after February 15, 2017 will be considered late and placed on a wait list. If an accepted vendor cancels or forfeits their Booth Space, these late applications will be juried and contacted if their application is accepted.

If you have a Maryland Sales and Use Tax License please enter the number here. Standard Booth Space Required - Discounts For Payments Received Before March 15, 2017
For artists, crafters and most exhibitors. Three booth sizes available. Entire fee paid in advance. Payments recieved before March 15, 2017 will get a discount
Food Vendor Booth Space Required Discounts For Payments Received Before March 15, 2017
For Vendors selling food items. Three booth sizes available. Food Vendors will pay Booth Fee plus 10% of the total Event Sales. Event Sales portion will be payable to the Maryland Faerie Festival no later than Sunday June 12th, 2016 at 8pm.
Service Provider Booth Required -Dioscounts on payments recieved before March 15, 2017
For Vendors who provide a service. This booth type is limited to one person businesses such as hair braiding, massage therapy, caricature drawings or other time limited services. Availability of space is limited, only single booth spaces available. Partial fee paid in advance, 10% of sales due at close of business Sunday.
Author's Alley Table Required - Discounts For Payments Received Before March 15, 2016
This is a table type space for authors selling their own titles. Number of titles is limited to three. Titles must be Faerie or Fantasy themed. Space is limited. Entire fee paid in advance.
Merchandise/Services
This part of the application will collect information on the items you wish to sell. We provide space to link to pictures, with descriptions of each item. There will also be spot to link to a picture of your booth, and space for a description of your business as you would like it to appear on our website. If you do not have your pictures on line, please email them to vending@marylandfaeriefestival.org
