The workshop includes semi-weekly workouts. weekly nutrition plans with Kroger OptUp, weight-loss monitoring, pop-up cardio workouts, accountability, financial planning and goal setting with Abundance University which includes Money Seeds 30 Financial Principles workbook, financial seminar, weekly podcast, and money challenges.
