I, IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 43RD KIWANIBIKE BEING HELD ON SUNDAY June 8, 2025, A SPONSORED BICYCLE RIDE, ORGANIZED BY THE KIWANIS CLUB OF GRAND CAYMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING MONEY FOR CHARITY, DO HEREBY RELEASE THE SAID KIWANIS CLUB OF GRAND CAYMAN, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS AND ORGANISERS OF THE 43RD KIWANIBIKE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO ME WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY RESULT FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE 43RD KIWANIBIKE AND FURTHER DO HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AND UNDERTAKE TO KEEP INDEMNIFIED AND HELD HARMLESS THE SAID PERSONS ASSISTING IN THE ORGANISATION OF THE 43RD KIWANIBIKE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER WHICH THEY OR ANY ONE OF THEM MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THEIR OR MY PARTICIPATION IN THE 43RD KIWANIBIKE.
