RNSA Adoption Onboarding
Who we are.
Renewal Network South Africa is a micro church movement centered around Jesus and His work of Kingdom renewal in South Africa. Over time we’ve learned an old, but new kingdom expression that we continue to grow in. The expression is old because we believe it echoes the movements of grace of the early church, but it's also new in the sense that we with others globally are rediscovering these grace movements afresh. These movements are 3 dimensional in nature as Christ followers move upward in their worship of Jesus, Inward as they live life in community with fellow saints, and outward on mission bringing kingdom renewal to the world. Our endeavor is to plant and equip micro churches that embody movements toward Jesus, Community and Mission for the purpose of renewal.

Onboarding of Micro Churches

With RNSA we have two types of onboarding processes as it relates to Micro Churches, namely an Internal Onboarding and Adoptive Onboarding. You are currently embarking on a journey of Adoption:

The Adoption Process is one in which a “micro church” from outside the movement would like to join RNSA. This process is a bit more rigorous, and a need for discerning whether there is alignment around the ecclesial minimal and core beliefs.

Steps toward this look as follows:

  1. MC makes enquiry about joining the RNSA Organised.
  2. Application Form with documents around beliefs (Ecclesial Minimal, Lausanne Covenant, Manifesto, Sexuality, Leadership Expectations) sent to MC leadership.
  3. Contact Meeting Initiated with Micro Church Leaders to discuss next steps.
  4. Coaching relationship initiated
  5. Welcome & pray for new Micro Church
