Invitation and Instructions: Thank you for completing this survey. As we prepare to open a family resource Center at Saint Mark United Methodist Church, we, Strengthening the Black Village (SBV), want to ensure we meet the desires and needs of your family, clients, students, and community. By completing the survey, you are helping get our pilot resource center off the ground and helping me complete my Doctor of Ministry program.
