Types of Small Group options at RAC
There are two types of Small Groups at RAC:
(1) Launch Groups are short-term Small Groups. Groups often meet weekly or every other week for 6 -12 weeks and are made up of new and long-time RAC attenders.
(2) Life Groups ​are ongoing, established Small Groups, some of which have been living ​life ​together for many years. They meet on a varied basis (often every two weeks).
