CIT Application Form 2012
Thank you for your interest in our program! Here is a brief explanation of what the Golden Lake CIT program is and how to apply.

In order to be a CIT, you must be at least 14 by the end of this year. Please contact Sarah (sarah@goldenlakecamp.ca) if you have any questions about this.

As a CIT, you will be paired with a counsellor and a group of campers. Your week will be spent hanging out with your group, doing training sessions as a group of CITs, and helping run programs and games with the program team.

Completing the CIT program will give you a good idea of what it’s like to work at Golden Lake. It also provides you with valuable training to include on your resume and can count toward your volunteer hours.

The fee to be a CIT is $250 for the week. This fee covers program costs, your room and board, and includes a t-shirt and your tuck (snacks) for the week. Please do not send your money with your application; if you are selected as a CIT you will be asked to bring it with you when you come to camp. If the fee is a problem, please let us know and we will try to work something out.

To apply, please send or email your completed form to us by May 15th, 2012. We also need you to provide a signed reference letter along with your application. This letter can be written by a pastor, a youth group leader, a teacher, or an employer.

Please do not ask family or friends to write your reference.

Please contact Beth Payson with any further questions at 519-594-2367 or beth@goldenlakecamp.ca
