This is to facilitate the application of Training Grant and also in the participation of Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) initiative, developed by SSG to raise the quality of SSG-funded Continuing Education and Training programmes. The sharing of trainees’ contact information with SSG is required under this initiative.
A mandatory survey (TRAQOM) must be completed by each learner at the end of the class to gather feedback on the course.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refund Policy and Refresher Class
Cancellation Policy
If GEX Academy cancels/reschedules a class: GEX Academy reserves the right to cancel or change any class at its absolute discretion due to not meeting minimum class size or unforeseen circumstances. We will reschedule class to later date and inform learner of this change. If the class is cancelled prior to its commencement and there is no rescheduled class, GEX Academy will make a full refund of course fee already paid by the learner.
Learners can cancel their registration before confirmation of attendance by informing GEX Academy with a valid reason. If SkillsFuture credit was used, GEX Academy will cancel the claim in the TPGateway Portal. For payments made without SkillsFuture Credit, a full refund will be issued via PayNow or bank transfer. However, if learners cancel their registration after confirming their attendance, full course fees will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
Learners may request to reschedule a class. However, if a learner fails to notify us or does not show up in class without a valid reason, full course fees will apply.
Refresher Class Policy
Unlimited complimentary refresher sessions available after the course (subject to course availability and seat capacity).

4. I acknowledge that I need to set up my Google Gmail account and use it on the laptop that I will use for practice in the course.
