UofSA Graduation Ceremony- June 1, 2024 
Dear UofSA students, 
Submit this form ONLY  if you have completed and passed all the courses in your program in Summer / Fall 2023   
                                              OR
if  you will complete and pass all the courses in your program in Spring 2024.

Masters- 10 Courses (including defending your Thesis) with a CGPA 3.0 or higher
Diploma- 5 Courses with a CGPA 2.0 or higher
Certificate- 3 Courses with a CGPA 2.0 or higher
Graduation Ceremony will be on Saturday, June 1st ,2024 for the Summer 2023 , Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 graduates. 
* Venue - University of Silicon Andhra, 1521 California Circle, Milpitas, CA 95035
* Stay tuned for details about where to purchase the graduation gowns etc. Students will not be allowed grad walk without the gown.
* Transportation and hotel accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed. Attendees are requested to make their own hotel arrangements.
Closest airport to the Venue is SJC (San Jose). 

* If you are enrolled in 2 programs, submit a separate form for each program. 

Please submit the RSVP form by  Friday, March 29, 2024.
