Information:
Located at 21-22 Castle Street, Swansea, SA1 1JF, Oriel Science offers a versatile exhibition and "classroom" space ideal for workshops and presentations. The venue provides essential furniture and AV equipment for up to 50 guests, though hirers must manage their own catering (we do have a tiny kitchen), ticketing, and specific photo consent requirements. To ensure a successful turnout, marketing packages are available, provided materials are submitted at least one month in advance to accommodate Welsh translation. While there is no dedicated on-site parking, a loading bay is available nearby for equipment drop-off. Interested parties are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment, as dates fill up quickly during school holidays. To secure a slot, you must submit a Risk Assessment and External Event Form, with a 10% fee applicable for late cancellations.
