11.07.2024 Reiki Healing Event - Heading into the Holidays

Amanda Sparso, Chinese adoptee, Reiki practitioner, Dancer, Designer, will lead an intimate adoptee-only group Reiki circle to help clear what no longer serves us, break old cycles, release trauma and help ground ourselves before the busy, and often triggering, holiday season. We will begin the session with some introductions, including somatic practices to help with mindfulness and centering, a group Reiki session, some time for sharing and reflecting on our experiences and a closing circle. 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water (no food allowed in the studio)

EVENT DATE: Nov. 7th 

TIME: 7-9pm - Please arrive 15 minutes early

WHERE: 151 W 30th St 3rd floor, New York, NY 10001 

WHO: Adoptees Only

COST: PAY WHAT YOU CAN - space is limited to 25 participants
