PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1. You will receive an email from us if your reservation went through or if it needs rescheduling. You must accept the calendar invite for reservation to be guaranteed.

2. On the day of, you must fill out the check-in AND check-out forms.

3. Please clean up and leave the rooms how they were before you used the space. 

4. Contact SF BUILD Program Coordinator Ezequiel Lopez (elopezbarragan@sfsu.edu) or SFBUILD(sfbuild@sfsu.edu) for assistance with reservations, accessing the rooms, or if the rooms need our attention (i.e., supplies need replenishing, room is in disarray prior to reservation, etc.).
