EVENT INFORMATION
Dates: 

Session Three:    Tuesday, November 15th, 2022 - Monday, November 21st, 2022
Session Four:       Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 - Monday, November 28th, 2022

Payment: $15 for one week. Each additional week $10 per week.

(As soon as we receive your payment we will start advertising your business on our event page and website).

Cancellation Refund: No Refunds. Due to advertising costs we can not issue refunds for our online events.

GROUP AND EVENT RULES
  1. Please invite up to 20-25 friends to join the group. 
  2. Only one MLM consultant per company per session. Only one local business per service per session (eg. real estate, photographer, chiropractor etc.).
  3. It is mandatory to participate and post in the event. No cold messages to customers (no private messaging customers without their consent).
  4. No hijacking posts (do not advertise your product, website or business on another vendors post).
  5. Do not use the @everyone tag.
  6. Two posts a day max. LIVE posts are welcome, but with a 5 minute maximum time limit. This is to allow other vendors the same opportunity. If you prefer more time during your LIVE session please refer customers to your business page or group.
  7. Raffles, games & giveaways welcome! We want all of our vendors to have great success and lots of fun with our events!
  8. All vendors will be added as an ADMIN/MODERATOR during their session(s). Once your session is over you will be removed as an admin/moderator.
  9. We ask that you use #hashtags/topics to make it easy for customers to locate your posts.
  10. IMPORTANT. Vendors must remove their posts at the end of your session(s). (We are under the impression that if we remove your posts Facebook may put you in FB jail). 
  11. Be Respectful. No Profanity. No Spamming. Keep it PG.

Once we receive your application please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once approved you will receive an invoice through PayPal.
General Provisions & Fees
Zodiac Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation. All vending fees are non-refundable. Should any entry fees not clear our account or not be paid in full, your application will be denied and you will have no right to participate at the event. The undersigned agrees to remit Vendor Fee payment of $15 or $10 for multiple sessions by the session dates listed above.

Hold Harmless Clause
This agreement releases Zodiac Events and its Principals from all liability relating to the event held on November 1st, 2022 - November 28th, 2022. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Zodiac Events and its Principals entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility. By signing below, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Zodiac Events and its Principals for any reason.
Your electronic signature acknowledges that you have read, understand and agree with the information, rules, fees and regulations contained within this application and will pay the appropriate fee of $15 or $10 for multiple sessions by the session dates listed above.
