The Association of Natural Winemakers (Associazione Vignaioli Artigiani Naturali) is pleased to invite you to the thirteenth edition of its event to be held in Rome at Città dell'Altra Economia - Testaccio, on March 6 and 7, 2022. There will be over 200 wines showcased from all over Italy! It is going to be possible to buy natural wines and organic farming products directly from the producers!
Our association particularly cares about the way wine is made. Therefore, the wines of our members, and those of the participants in the fair are natural and produced with artisanal processes, obtained from grapes harvested by hand, from organic or biodynamic agriculture. Fermentations are spontaneous, without the addition of any additive or winemaking adjuvant. The total sulfur content at bottling does not exceed 40 mg / l, regardless of the residual sugar content. The meticulous care in the vineyard and the cellar is an ethical choice that is rewarded with a sincere and uncompromising wine. Do not miss the opportunity to discover, taste and above all hear the stories behind the wine directly from the winemaker!
