If no, please acknowledge that you are responsible for submitting a $25 payment to the Town of Arlington for a temporary food permit if you are serving food.
What will you serve? To avoid duplicate offerings, please tell us your first and second options for a food or drink offering. Offerings will be curated based on the date of receipt of application. Approval of your application will be sent via email. Option 1: *
