There will be a fee of $300 to participate in the activity/sport of - Men's Basketball.

**If the minimum participation number of 10 players is not reached by Friday, December 1st, any monies paid will be refunded due to season cancellation.  Please email ashley.westfall@stemk12.org if this money is not refunded within two weeks of this time****

This fee covers:

Court rental, coach’s stipend, uniform rental (shirt and shorts), team equipment, and game expenses (officials and court rental).  


The fee does not cover:

Participant must provide own footwear and protective gear.  

Participant must arrange transportation to all games and practices.

Financial situations should not prevent a student from participating.  Please contact the high school principal or athletic director (stef.evilsizer@stemk12.org) to discuss any fee waiver requests.

I understand that the fee is non-refundable if the student is expelled from the team due to a violation of the athletic code of conduct OR if games/practices are cancelled due to weather.  The fee must be paid prior to the start of the season unless other payment arrangements have been made.
