This reservation confirmation form is exclusively for customers who have completed their payment for the Sulsul Traditional Knot Craft Experience. Please submit this form only after your payment is finalized.

[입장 안내]

- 예약시간 5분 전부터 매장 입장이 가능합니다.

- 예약시간보다 20분 이상 늦으실 경우 노쇼(No-show)로 간주되며 환불처리 없이 체험이 불가합니다.

- 인원 혼잡 방지를 위해 체험자 본인만 입장이 가능합니다. 체험을 진행하시지 않는 일행분의 경우 매장 대기가 어렵습니다.

- 미취학아동에 한해 보호자 1인 동반 입장이 가능합니다. 

- 보호자 동반 입장을 희망하시는 분은 예약시 요청사항에 동반입장 희망 여부를 기재해주시기 바랍니다.

- 음료를 제외한 매장에서의 외부음식 반입이 어렵습니다. 외부음식을 비롯한 쓰레기는 외부에서 처리해주세요.

[환불 규정 안내]

- 예약일 3일 전까지: 100% 환불 가능 

- 예약일 2일 전 ~ 당일: 환불 불가 

[Entry Guidelines]

- Arrival: Entry is permitted starting 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

- Late Policy: If you are more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered a "No-show." In this case, the workshop will be canceled without a refund.

- Accompanying Guests: To avoid overcrowding, only the participant may enter. We kindly ask that any non-participating companions wait outside the studio.

- Exception: Preschoolers may be accompanied by one guardian. If you require a guardian to enter, please mention this in the "Special Requests" section when booking.

- Food & Drinks: No outside food is allowed in the studio (beverages are permitted). Please dispose of any outside food waste or trash outside the premises.

[Refund Policy]

- Up to 3 days before the reserved date: 100% Refund available.

- 2 day before to the day of the reservation: No refund.
