This Mastermind will be a space for you to build and retain HR knowledge in-house, and by investing in this learning, you are committing to a better workplace, a more engaged and motivated team and overall better workplace culture.

You know and understand your team the best, I want to be your right hand partner to guide, encourage and empower you throughout this Mastermind, for you to build the confidence to make the best decisions for your team - without all the jargon and keeping it simple! HR does not need to be complicated. 

This application will allow me to learn more about you and your business, and to support you in what you would most like to get out of this Mastermind. It will also help me to tailor the mastermind each month, to touch on the topics where you are requiring most support, no matter where you are on your HR discovery and skills development journey. We will start with the Level 1: Building Your Team Mastermind and touch on your interest with Level 2&3, Growing Your Team and Keeping Your Team which will be launching at a later date.
