ACES Holiday Shop Vendor Reservation
Holiday Shop will be December 7 from 11-2pm. Vendors can set up no earlier than 10am and no early teardowns, please.
Security- Vendors are responsible for their own items. Alum Creek Elementary/Alum Creek Elementary PTO is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken merchandise or personal items.
Registration- You will not be considered registered until the PTO has received the completed vendor form and payment. You can send a check to school at 2515 Parklawn Dr Lewis Center or pay through PayPal at
*Space is first come, first served.
*Only one vendor per company.
*Exhibitors’ displays will be in the Commons area; kids will be shopping in the gym.
*Registration is open until Friday, November 22, 2019, or until all slots are filled, whichever occurs first.
If you cancel your table less than seven days before the event, your entry fee is non-refundable.
