PLTC Practical Nursing Application
Applications are reviewed by the Nursing Admission Committee once all application criteria is completed. Nursing applications must be submitted online through the link provided.
Your application will be complete when official transcripts have been submitted and HESI Admission test score meets admission criteria (70% or higher in each subject area).
Applicants to the Nursing Program is on a first-qualified, first-admit basis.
When the class is full, subsequent qualified applications will be placed on a waiting list.
Should a position become available in the class, the next eligible student will be notified.
Applicants are accepted into the program pending a satisfactory background check and completion of all required immunizations.
